Entry Fee

A prerequisite for participating in the European Kids Athletics Games is payment of the entry fee.

< Entry fee without accommodation: EUR 40 per person

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
< The total accommodation capacity is 2,800 persons. The maximum capacity at the Pod Palackého vrchem dormitories is 1,000 persons. If the overall accommodation capacity is reached, applicants will be accommodated according to the **date and time of registration**. If the capacity at Pod Palackého vrchem is reached (based on the date and time of registration), further applicants will be automatically reassigned to the Purkyňova dormitories and informed immediately. Applicants exceeding the accommodation capacity will be refused immediately.

< Entry fee with accommodation and half board (26 Aug–30 Aug / four nights) at Purkyňova dormitories:
< Athlete: EUR 150 per person (usually 2–3 persons per room; shared bathroom facilities in the corridor)
< Accompanying person (incl. adult accommodation tax): EUR 130

IMPORTANT!! The accompanying-person price of EUR 130 applies to delegations of up to 20 participants for 3 persons, and for delegations over 20 participants for a maximum of 5 persons. Any additional accompanying person above these limits must pay EUR 150.

< Entry fee with accommodation and half board (26 Aug–30 Aug / four nights) at Pod Palackého vrchem dormitories:
< Athlete: EUR 180 per person (max. 2 persons per room with en-suite bathroom)
< Accompanying person (incl. adult accommodation tax): EUR 150

IMPORTANT!! The accompanying-person price of EUR 180 applies to delegations of up to 20 participants for 3 persons, and for delegations over 20 participants for a maximum of 5 persons. Any additional accompanying person above these limits must pay EUR 170.

< If accommodation and meals (half board) are required for one additional night outside the official competition dates, the price is EUR 40 per person per night.

THE ENTRY FEE MUST BE PAID FOR THE ENTIRE CLUB/TEAM – individual payments per person are not possible.

THE ENTRY FEE IS PAID EXCLUSIVELY ON THE BASIS OF THE PAYMENT REQUEST RECEIVED AND FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP AFTER THE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED.

<Entry fee cancellation policy
The entry fee is non-refundable if an athlete is withdrawn 7 days before the competition. 50% of the entry fee is refunded if an athlete is withdrawn 14 days before the start of the competition. A change of the registered athlete is possible up to 5 days before the start of the competition.
