LIMITATION IN THE NUMBER OF DISCIPLINES:
A MAXIMUM OF 3 DISCIPLINES + RELAY IS ALLOWED!!!

REGISTRATION AND STARTING FEE

Competitors can participate only after entering an application form and payment of starting fee Sport clubs application form must be handed till May 31th, 2025. Later applications will not be taken into account!

Fee per one athlete in the accommodation facility at Purkyňovy koleje /mostly two to three people in a room and social facility in the hall/ is 120 EU per athlete (accommodation, half board + starting fee), for a companion it is 105EU with accommodation and meals /half board/
ATTENTION!! The price for a companion 105EU is for three people on an expedition up to twenty participants and for five people on an expedition over twenty participants. Another accompanying person above the numbers- mentioned above, must pay the price 120EU.

Fee per one athlete in the dormitory- pod Palackého vrchem /max. of two people and own social facilities in the room/ is 140 EU (accommodation, half board + starting fee) and for a companion 125 EU with accommodation and meals /half board/
ATTENTION!! The price for a companion 125EU is for three people on an expedition up to twenty participants and for five people on an expedition over twenty participants. Another accompanying person above the numbers- mentioned above, must pay the price 140EU.

Payment must be made for the entire sport club, not for each person individualy.

.The sport club that will not require accommodation and meals pay only starting fee, 35EUR per competitor.

One extra night outside of the official date of the competition is 40EUR per person /accommodation and half board/

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
Due to the limited number of accommodation capacities at the dormitories – pod Palackého vrchem, the first 1000 applicants will be satisfied according to the date and time of receipt of registration. Those interested -over the stated capacity- will be reassigned to the Purkyňova dormitories and will be informed immediately!!!

The starting fee is not refunded if the competitor cancels participation seven days before the race and 50% of the starting fee is refunded when the competitor cancels participation fourteen days before the race. It is possible to make an exchange of competitor three days before the race.

Detailed application form must be handed till July 20th, 2025!!! and payment for participation must be credited till August 5th, 2025!!! on organizer´s account. Accreditation for competitors and companions is only available with accommodation!!! ATTENTION – REGISTRATION OF COMPETITORS FOR DISCIPLINES!!!
Registration of competitors for the disciplines will take place only through the -athletics office- on the ČAS website.

Registration for disciplines will start from 10.6. until 20.7.2025!!!!

Last possible corrections!!!

after the end of registration for the competition – 20.7.2025 at 8.00 p.m.– it is no longer possible to make changes in disciplines. Later requests will not be taken into account!!!!

The exchange -of only a registered person for accommodation and inclusion in the start lists- for another person can be done five days before the start of the competition, until 24.8.2025 at 6.00 p.m.

Accommodation

will be provided at the Purkyňova dormitories – Purkyňova 93 or at the dormitories- pod Palackého vrchem – Kolejní 2 /approx. 10min to 15min walk from the stadium/ from 28.8. to 31.8.2025

MEALS

breakfast and dinner are provided in the canteen at the Purkyňovy dormitories and pod Palackého vrchem and starts on 28.8.2025 with dinner and ends on 31.8.2025 with breakfast

AWARDS

all participants will receive commemorative medals and the commemorative certificate can be printed on the organizer’s website. Competitors in 1st-3rd place in each category will receive medals and diplomas
at the end, the best performances in each category of girls and boys will be evaluated

opening ceremony

will be on 29th August, 2025 at 7 p.m. on the stadium- Pod Palackého vrchem. Each club must provide a maximum of five competitors for the opening. Five people from each club must be on opening ceremony
