Application form and payment
Competitors will be participate after entering application form and payment of fee
Sport clubs application form must be handed till June 1th, 2024. The later application will not be taken into account!
Fee per one athlete in the accommodation facility at Purkyňovy koleje /mostly two to three people in a room and socialfacility in the hall/ is 110 EU per athlete (accommodation, half board + starting fee), for a companion it is 100EU with accommodation and meals /half board/ ATTENTION!! The price for a companion 100EU is for three people on an expedition up to twenty participants and for six people on an expedition over twenty participants. Another accompanying person above the numbers- mentioned above, must pay the price 120EU. Fee per one athlete in the dormitory- pod Palackého vrchem /max. of two people and own social facilities in the room/ is 120 EU (accommodation, half board + starting fee) and for a companion 110 EU with accommodation and meals /half board/ ATTENTION!! The price for a companion 100EU is for three people on an expedition up to twenty participants and for six people on an expedition over twenty participants. Another accompanying person above the numbers- mentioned above, must pay the price 130EU. Payment must be made for the entire sport club, not for each person individualy. The sport club that will not require accommodation and board pay only starting fee, 30EUR per competitor. One extra night outside of the official race date is 35EUR per person /accommodation and half board/The starting fee is not refunded Payment is necessary to be done for whole sport club, not for each person individualy if the competitor is logged out seven days before the competition and 50% of the starting fee is refunded if the competitor is logged out fourteen days before the competition. It is possible to do an athletes change at the day before the competition.
Detailed application form must be handed till July 25th, 2023!!! and payment for participation must be till August 10th, 2023!!! on organizer´s account. Accreditation for competitors and companions only available with accommodation!!! All the information to be found at the website www.europeangames.cibasport.cz at this link link https://registrace.cibasport.cz/login.phpATTENTION – REGISTRATION OF COMPETITORS FOR DISCIPLINES!!! This year, the registration of competitors for individual disciplines will take place directly through the ČAS athletics office by the registered club. Registration for disciplines will start from 10.6. until 20.7.2024!!!!
Last possible corrections!!! after the end of registration for the competition- 20.7.2024 at 20.00 o´clock – it is not possible to make changes in disciplines. Later requests will not be taken into account!!!! The only possible change is the exchange of the registered person for another- both for accommodation and inclusion in the start lists, this exchange can be made before the start of the competition, 26.8.2024 until 18.00 o´clock on e-mail cibasport@cibasport.cz

is provided from 30th August – 2nd September in dormitories- Purkyňovy koleje /about 15 minutes from stadium by foot/ or in the dormitories- pod Palackého vrchem – Kolejní 2 /about 10min from the stadium by foot/

breakfast and dinner will arrange in area of Purkyňovy koleje .or in the dormitories pod Palackého vrchem – Kolejní 2. Meals start on 30th August-dinner and end on September 2nd-breakfast
