Technical conditions

General conditions

They race according to the rules of athletics and this provision. The entire oval at the stadium has eight tracks. All competitors can start in any number of disciplines. In the 4x60m relay is common category U13, U12 and U11 in separate category – girls and boys. In the 4x300m relay mix will start U15 and U14 years, always two girls and two boys. Team leaders will submitt the Forms Relay Formation on the race day by 10:00 am in the racing office.

All athletes must come to the stadium in sportswear, because the stadium has a limited number of changing rooms. The organizer is not responsible for loss of sportswear or any items left alone. Each sportsclub is responsible for the health of their competitors.

Final

Na distancích 60 m, 100 m překážek a 150 m se bude postupovat do finále A a B (osm nejrychlejších z rozběhů do finále A a dalších osm do finále B).

Na vzdálenostech 300 m, 600 m, 800 m a 1500 m se běží finálové běhy a celkové pořadí bude určeno podle časů z jednotlivých rozběhů.

In the qualification of technical discilpines the athlete has three attempts and the first eight best athletes according to their performance, will advance to the final (everyone here already has 6 attempts).

In the final technical disciplines of the ball and the javelin (except high jump) all competitors have three attempts and the first eight will advance to the finals, where they have 3 more attempts.

In the cricket ball, the competitors have all three games in a row, in the finals there are some attempts.

Results

will be posted on the bulletin boards in the space above the grandstand

Medal ceremony

Will take place in individual block according to the time schedule. We ask the team leaders to ensure participation athletes who placed in the first three places. At the end of the meeting, will be announced the best performances in each category of boys and girls. The selection of the best performances is fully in the organizer’s competence !!! It is therefore necessary for the team leaders to take part in the announcement to be held on Monday in the last block !!!!!!!

everyone will have the start numbers in front.

Warm-up

is allowed on the warm-up course outside the main stadium only.

Entrance to the stadium area

Entrance to the stadium area is prohibited for coaches during the race!!!

Call room

For technical disciplines with a qualification is 60 minutes before  and ends 40 minutes before the start of the discipline. For runs, for long jump final, for shot put final, for javelin final and for the ball final presentation begins 40 minutes and ends 25minutes before the event. Competitors will be taken from the call room to individual sports grounds. In the case of overlapping disciplines, it is necessary to report this fact in the call room..

Timetable

all clubs will receive the valid time schedule, will be post in the call room and in the scorecard. The timetable can be adjusted according to the number of competitors.

Primary height

in the case of a large number of registered competitors in each category, the category will be divided into two groups and the division will take place on the basis of the reported results, when the first height will be different for each group !!!!

Protests

The protest can be submitted in writing within 30 minutes after the official posting of the discipline in the office of the stadium race with a deposit of 500, -CZK/25 EUR

Dressing room

can be used directly at the stadium in a new building at the start of the 200m and only serve for disguise, the organizer is not responsible for deferred things.

Toilets

available in a new building at the 200m start and in the mobile toilet above the table.

Refreshment

is provided directly at the stadium in the form of fast food in sufficient choice.

Souvenirs

During the race you can buy souvenirs in the parking lot above the table
